The Rubber Cutter Guillotine is consists of a rack, a cutter, a hydro-cylinder, and the hydraulicsystem. During operation, the rubber block is put under the cutter, then it will be cut into 2 pieces by the cutter which is moving down by the pressure from the hydraulic cylinder.
