Bale Opener Description:
1. It is applied for initial opening of various kinds of fibers, such as polyester, viscose, nylon, pp, glass fiber, etc.
2. The machine is mainly used for the bale fibers.Through the process of the spike lattice and stripper and evener roller,the fibers will be down to the weighing hopper evenly and will be discharged onto the blending conveyor evenly.
3. As there are different kinds of raw materials and dosing, the dosing will be made by the PLC control to let the fibers onto the blending conveyor evenly.
